While I was doing my renovation and preparing to sell the property he came over on numerous occasions and provided valuable input on my renovations, everything ranging from the floor stain to the kitchen layout. What sets Ben apart from most Realtors is that he appreciates the fact that buying a house is a substantial investment and helps the buyer/seller to maximize that investment. I bought my current investment property with him as my realtor and am currently listing it with him as well.
